Jeff was referred to me by a friend when I was charged with a misdemeanor crime. Jeff went above and beyond to explain the process to me and what options we had. He worked for the best possible outcome which ultimately lead to the charges being dropped. The case was dismissed. It is scary to be unjustly charged with a crime. Law Enforcement often does not have all the correct information and you can end up in "the system" for a legal act. With Jeff in your corner the whole process is much less intimidating. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for legal counsel and representation.

I first spoke with Leah Cole, Esq., and Rachel Mahoney, Esq. agreed to take my Workers' Compensation case. I'd done my research and knew this firm was worth its weight in gold.
I was extremely nervous, desperate for legal representation. My employers weren't honest - in business or otherwise. I was terminated after requesting a injury Claim Form. I'm a single parent, widowed at age 32, with bills/mortgage/college tuition, and I'd just incurred a spinal injury on-the-job requiring surgery right away.
Since my employer did not carry workers' compensation coverage; pay employee taxes allowing for disability pay; I was unable to walk and without income; and, my employer of 3 years abandoned me without compensation. TTD - total temporary disability - is usual and customary, via work comp, to supplement injured workers until settlement. My case should have taken a few months lasted 1.5 years due to this company's negligence. My child and I faced homelessness.
Fortunately, as was my normal practice, I kept a work log, dates/times on all written communication, timecards, pay checks, uniforms, etc. I'd accrued enough hard evidence to prove I was, in fact, an employee of this company - evidence of which they'd almost succeeded in burying.
Due to Attorney Mahoney's, and her assistant Pam, hard work and discovery I received medical reimbursement and a very fair settlement. Cole, Fisher, Bosquez-Flores, & O'Keefe fought for me against the odds, and we won due to my due-diligence and their legal expertise.
I want to send a very special thank you to Leah Cole, Esq. for taking a chance on me; to Rachel Mahoney, Esq. for fighting for me; and, Pamela Hernandez for working so hard on the back-end. I have only the highest respect for all three of you!
Thank you Cole, Fisher, Bosquez-Flores, & O'Keefe. I can walk, again, and I've obtained optimem employment ONLY because of your Law Firm.

Jeff is very professional. He doesn't make promises he can't keep and is very straight forward. Best choice I made was hiring him for one of my cases. The outcome was beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

So far he has guided me well but the outcome is not deternimed . If I inform him fully I believe he will get as good an outcome as is possible. He certainly knows Chapter 7 and13th thoroughly, has given me straightforward tasks, and assured me it will go well. This straightforward encouraging approach is very helpful but I had let things go until new fines were levied after he had submitted and filed for me. I find myself too scared to to show him the new fines, ask how best to handle and even check if I any creditor court claim has been filed though he might be able to get it discharged or agree to.minimal payments out of fear he will tell me I'm now unsalvagable. Clearly I needed a shrunk AND an attorney to.deal best with my situation. To date I believe Mr Gates is clearly a competent bankruptcy attorney and he has helped me and offered help out of most attorneys normal scope and I feel he has tell sincerely wanted to help me. He jumped my car and made ne keep the cables. He offered to let come in to use office programs I didn't have. He doesn't agree to ones every whim, greatly increasing his bill, but I know occasions where he's explained the folly of the unassured desired gain vs. certaint cost of the perusal.
