THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I GAINED NOTHING AFTER MONTHS OF TIME. Jody Winter refused to refund any of my money, when they could not even locate my perpetrator. RUN FROM THEM.

I suffered a terrible experience with this firm's so-called paralegal. My advise to winter, if a dog catcher can't control his animals he shouldn't house them. The firm made only two contacts with client since November of last year. SCUM REPRESENTATION, don't recommend. "No recomendo, valle madre la compania!"

Originally there was a misunderstanding between me and Mr. Winter regarding a payment arrangement made for services rendered regarding a countersuit filed against my former business partner as stated in my review filed on January 12, 2017. Mr. Winter graciously sat down and addressed my concerns and worked out a new payment plan that reasonable and attainable. I am grateful for the effort made by Mr. Winter to resolve this misunderstanding.

Mr Winter was very helpful in helping me get a final bonus from my previous employer. He wrote several letters and helped with the negotiations with my employers attorney.

I have used Jody on two occasions and have been extremely happy with the service level he provided. In the first instance he was able to negotiate a favorable settlement. He was efficient and cognizant of my budget.
The second time I used him, he was honest and forthcoming that the task was outside his expertise, but he found and retained a specialist on my behalf.
I highly recommend Jody.
