I went to Mr. Pena with a recommendation from someone else. After we signed all the paperwork, we realized together that Mr. Pena and I had some differences in terms of what to do and communication. But in service of his excellent track record, he offered to waive fees, so that I can find someone else more compatible. Definitely someone worth checking out

After the denials, and waiting a bit longer than expected, my video hearing was easy and stress free. In the end I found that my case was awarded in my favor, in a timely manner. My Attorney handled everything and made it very easy and stress free.
