Roger Bonakdar is AMAZING !!! I experienced a nightmare situation with Lithia Hyundai of Fresno. Lithia did not pay off my 2020 Kia trade-in leased vehicle for 2 months despite numerous calls and in-person meetings. As a result, I received multiple threatening letters from Kia Finance. Lithia gave me the run-around and broken promises. Contacting Roger was a saving grace.
