This guy just takes you're down payment of $3000 and then does nothing for you. He will tell my husband and I that he had another client whose case was more important and wouldn't show up to our court days. He sends a back up who knows nothing about the case. It's hard to get ahold of him and when you do he reply by telling us he hasn't looked into anything yet. He likes to preach about being there for you and then goes M.I.A on you. Don't waste you're time and money on this man. I feel like half these reviews are fake.

Christopher is unlike any other. I can't thank him enough for everything he’s done for me and my family. To start off, the man knows what he’s doing. He’s very straight forward, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. I’ve consulted him on four different cases and he has managed to strategically work around every case with diligence and technicality. Everything started off after a bad choice on my part which led me to possibly lose custody of both my kids along with a criminal case. I felt like my life was spiraling out of control and he helped keep it together; With the help of Chris, his team, and the grace of God both my kids are still in my custody. He also managed to help my marriage. On multiple occasions he spoke with us over the phone while things were on edge, including while he was on vacation and has also done prayers with us. On another occasion I landed back in jail and thankfully my mom was able to contact him before my court trial. Without even being retained for my (new) case he joined me for hearing and got me released without bail that same evening. If I could go back in time I’d make different choices but I wouldn’t change hiring Chris to defend me. God bless this man!

Where to begin.. Mr Hernandez has debunked almost every stereotype that’s associated with lawyers (expensive, insensitive to needs/details, punctual), all but one; he wins! I went from a 3-6yr prison threat for burglary to no jail time. Highest praises for this man & his skills. He help me while all this Covid was going on and never missed a beat! Thank you to Chris & his team!

To say the Law office of Christopher Hernandez is the BEST is an absolute understatement! Not only is he the BEST Attorney that I ever met but he is honest and fair. He was attentive to my needs and went over and beyond to help me obtain legal guardianship over my sister after my mom’s passing due to covid. I wasn’t in any position to deal with all the legalities nor the numerous court documents that was needed. Mr. Hernandez took my case and handled all matters in a timely fashion. His staff are warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable and secure. I can’t thank them enough for his outstanding service. My family and I will definitely be using his Law office again for any legal services we shall need.

Grate Attorney he has helped me to go from monitored visit to more time with my Daughter and No monitored visiting as well as overnight visit and helped to establish a payment plane and the Bigest thing has been that i only had visiting every other weekend and know he helped me to establish Joint Custody with Over Night Visit before the Restraining Order fell off and we our now on our way to establish Full Custody and i am confident that we will be successful because of his professional work ethic and him being a successful Family man i am Blessed to have him as my Family Law Attorney and is Very Highly Recommended by me ......

Christopher was very professIonal. He was upfront and clear with expectations right from the get go. He explained to us in detail what the plan was and what he expected from us to deliver the results we were looking for. I had been charged with a Domestic Violence conviction and he was able to help us reach our intended goal of dropping the charge to disturbing the peace. By avoiding this DV charge we were able to protect my future gun rights and avoid unnecessary heartache and hassle. We would absolutely recommend Christopher’s services and are grateful to him for all his assistance on our behalf.

When I hired mr Hernandez he came across as someone who communicates and keeps his word of course he was getting 3000 on the spot So why not tell me everything I need to hear to trust him with my case right! ? Unfortunately hiring him was a mistake yet alone there was 1000 more paid on the spot for this case That has yet to be resolved. Tell me why I can never get a hold of him? And every time I tried He would say” I’m sorry I had another client whose case was more of an emergency than yours.” Am I not as important??? He sent another attorney who had no knowledge to my case Last min and I lost a restraining order all due to the fact that this attorney was not prepared The attorney said” I wish Chris would’ve told me more about your case” this is so unprofessional Yes he comes across as a respectful honest man but it’s all a phase Once you pay him good luck! You will have to do the chasing if you want any questions answered or anything resolved Please don’t waste your time I would not recommend I’m still trying to get my case resolved

Christopher Hernandez is a very good attorney. I was facing a felony DUI and assault charge and was referred to Chris' Riverside office right away. Chris successfully wobbled down my case to a misdemeanor DUI, with the assault being dismissed. After the fact I was facing troubles starting my medical school program with the DUI on my record. I immediately hired Chris to help with the termination of my probation early and expunging my record. In a short time frame, he successfully had my record cleaned and now I can start my schooling with no issues. Chris is very accessible, and worked diligently and quickly on my case. During my court dates, he appeared to have a good history with the judges, getting along very well with them, which most likely helped my case on many levels. Chris and his office staff were always very friendly and all were very hands on and worked diligently with me, treating me as a top priority and continually reaching out to me with advice and reminders along the way. In terms of costs, I would say that Chris' services were justifiably priced. He is very open to working with clients in terms of payment plans that are accessible for just about everyone, while also offering quick and easy forms of payment (i.e. Venmo, Zelle, etc.). While I certainly hope that I won't need Chris' services again, I know that, if necessary, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He has my highest recommendation.

When I had to get a court order to establish a restraining order to protect my children and myself first time the defendant hired an "ambulance chaser" and did everything they could to prevent the restraining order, Christopher helped me arrange all the evidences, coach me through the whole process and won the case in court with one court date! He is a great attorney, very thorough with paperwork and have excellent appearance in court room, I could not have done it without Christopher, because of attorney Christopher my family and I can go back to our normal life. Thank you Christopher!

Christopher Hernandez is by far the best lawyer you can hire he is knowledgeable and caring. i was looking at prison time and he and his firm got me into a program Delancey Street foundation. that changed my whole life. thank you Chris.

I consulted several attorneys in person and by phone regarding family law, and only this lawyer (Mr. Hernandez) impressed me by his patience, respect, and sincerity. Most of the others are either uninterested, cold, or impatient. That's only my opinion. I will surely try Attorney Hernandez ASAP and as needed and recommend him to others.

Chris is hands down the most professional, caring, and articulate lawyer you could ask for. I was looking at 15 years on 5 felonies, ending up get a slap on the wrist. Chris always had my best interest involved knowing me and my family situation. I was truly blessed to have Chris working on my case, I do not believe I would have had the outcome I did if anyone else was working on my case.
