Its been a year since I got in trouble with law for my third DUI with in 10 years. I never in a million years thought I would need a lawyer , but I can't even express how thankful and blessed I am to have had Christopher as my lawyer. Sometimes things happen for a reason for the greater good.He was able to get me in to Dui court avoiding any jail time. Since I've been in the program my life has completely changed for the great good . I have many blessings today and it wouldn't be possible without Christopher . I am truly greatful I was able to find him... If you choose him you'll be making a solid decision!!

My husband and I found our entire lives crumbling around us. My husband was falsely accused by a security guard of a crime that would not only land him in jail but it would force him to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. On top of the fact that he would be deported once in jail. We hired a well experienced with 30+years of experience and he practically wanted to force my husband into taking a deal which wasnt really a deal it was sex registry and jail time. When we found Chris he jumped right in with several strategies that no other attorney even wanted to try. He went above and beyond what we ever imagined an attorney would do studying every bit of testimony and recordings. We went all the way to jury trial and the jury found that the prime witness was a flat out liar and the others to have been mistaken on what they actually saw. We were stunned to hear a "NOT GUILTY" and overjoyed our nightmare was over. The trial seemed to be a high profile case since it got the entire court and DAs offices' attention. He did an amazing job!! We could never thank him enough for helping us out. We were blessed to have found such an honest attorney after so many who only care about $ instead of their clients best interest. Over a year ago, I had received a 5150 that was put on the California DOJ list. The DOJ came to my house asking for my guns and I had referred them to my attorney. They did not like that. They came back with a search warrant and found 19 rounds of ammunition and charged me with a felony. I was looking at three years in jail. I spent two days in county jail in which Christopher arranged for my bail which I got a great rate by the way. I could clearly see that research was one of his strings. He took a great time, care and effort to get me the best outcome. He gave me great advice. The bottom line is that he created a strategy which allowed me to get the charges dismissed prior to my arraignment. Getting the charges dismissed prior to the arraignment is much easier then afterwards so he was able for one reason or another to have my arraignment postponed several times. It was never about the money for him it was about the best outcome for my case and my freedom. So going from the possibility of doing three years in prison to A complete dismissal is awesome. I cannot tell you how thankful I am to Chris for what he is done for me.

Mr hernandez was a great attourney kept me informed at all time very trusthworthy gained my trust easily spoke to me as honest as possible i had a very dificult case of domestic violence where i was being accused falsely he did everything in his hands to make sure i had no charges or anything in particular like i said domestic violence is a very low standard meaning they dont let that go as easily but he helped me the case thank you mr. Hernandez ive already recommended him to a co worker going through a divorce

Chris is a smart, tenacious, and caring lawyer. He cares deeply about his clients and works with them in every way possible to resolve their cases. He showed me that he wasn't just in it for the money...he actually sets his clients up on payment plans if they need them. He also goes to his clients' homes to meet with them if they can't make it to his office. What lawyer does that??? Chris strikes a good balance between being aggressive and a smart negotiator. Most of all, Chris is from the streets. He lived a tough life and grew up in a tough part of town, so he can empathize with his criminal clients more so than most of the lawyers out there came from privileged backgrounds. Chris is also a man of faith, which informs the way in which he handles his cases. He communicates on his clients' level and never makes you feel dumb or less than him like many other lawyers I've dealt with. Chis gets back right away and doesn't hide behind a secretary or assistant like many other attorneys do. If you call him you'll see what I'm talking about. Anyone who goes with Chris won't be disappointed. I'm very blessed to have met him and can't say enough about what a get person and attorney he is. He did an excellent job assisting my grandmother on an elder abuse case and got her neighbors to stop harassing her. Awesome lawyer...
