Art is a wonderful man! If you feel hopeless and feel like everything is horrible and falling to pieces? Feel like your not being represented properly? have him represent you! He got me my kids back. And I cannot thank him enough he truly is a godsend. I'm truly blessed to have had him in my time of need. Thank you!

Long story short. I hired Art after my court appointed attorney did nothing to protect me in a JV case. CPS had taken my daughter because my ex discovered meth later in life. From the moment I hired Art, everything turned around. I have no criminal or drug history but was “looped in” as CPS explained it because of my ex wrong doings. I thought my case would be simple and figured I would just walk out with custody since I did nothing wrong. I was wrong!! CPS case worker was on a power tip. Definitely bias towards me. I ended up with monitored visits while mother was still missing drug test and getting more time with my daughter then I was. Had I hired Art from the beginning, none of this would have happened. I now have custody of my daughter. Art will fight for you!! He is by far the best attorney I have hired. Him and his wife Susan are an amazing team. Do what he tells you to do and be upfront with him. He will give you a good plan of action. In conclusion, Hire him! Once you get to know him, you will realize he has a heart of gold.

I hired Mr La Cilento over a year ago. Mr. La Cilento and Sue are dedicated to their clients. They actually care unlike most attorneys that are in the business for the alimighty dollar. Right away I knew I hired the right attorney. Mr. Lacilento fights for justice and he knows the law. He is very strategic and knows exactly what needs to be done. He truly looks out for his clients every step of the way. He is unbelievable in trial and uncovers what needs to be exposed. Mr. Lacilento saved me and my family from being taken apart by the same government that I fought hard for in Iraq and Afghanistan. Somethings wrong with the justice system, something sneaky is going on that's allowing the government to have so much power over our parental rights. Trust in God and don't stop praying.

I was referred to Art by my daughter last year. At first I thought, this man doesnt listen to me, he's mean, he's tuff, and not the one that I will get along with. We had our differences but at the end of the day, Mr. Arthur has been on my side from the beginning. He has fought day end, day out to get me the justice I needed. I had been previously divorced and had been taken to the cleaners. I was unaware of how bad I had been taken advantage of by my first attorney and my ex until I hired Mr. LaCilento. He came in, cleaned up the mess, and went to work changing the custody agreement and deficiencies in child support. This ultimately extended and increased my child support payments. He also went after arrears which was to my benefit. He and his wife make a great team. They went to bat for me, educated me on the law, and utilized doctors reports and past history to obtain child support for my adult special needs child. At times I felt discouraged and defeated, but Mr. LaCilento assured me this was a stepping stone and would benefit me in the long run. It took 2 years, but he was right. He was fair on the price for his services and worked with me on payments. I am eternally grateful to him and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a divorce or family law attorney.

Art LaCilento is a great advocate for his clients. He will fight for what is right and he will also be honest and let the client know what can't be done. He is a good Christian man who lives by Biblical principles to fight for what is best for his client. My ex made outrageous demands in the settlement and Art said, "... I will be committing legal malfeasance if I were to let you agree to this." I negated the demands, and 2 weeks later we had a settlement that best benefited the child and me. A client cannot ask for a better advocate nor have a better fighter for what is right.

Art was definetely a compassionate person, we got ourselves into a situation where we dint know how to response or take. we were accused of something. ( which i don't want to get into). Art reassured us that he had done so many of these cases. we trusted in him, he knew he's stuff. he also fought for us in court. most attorneys just stayed quiet and followed what the judge would say. but not Art, he would try to prove to them that we did not do what they accused us or. He tried to get things done for us because the judge even requested it. Since he had been handling these cases for so long, he would always have us one step ahead of the court. loved it. In the end we followed Art and the court and our case was closed just recently. I am so happy to have my freedom back. Thank you Art !!
