I was referred to David by my brother-in-law, and immediately after my initial meeting, I was very impressed by David and his knowledge. Most lawyers are only interested in your money and then are willing to help, but David laid out a lot of information on the bankruptcy process and made sure I had a good grasp on how the process works. Not only that, but David actually cares for his clients and shows that as well, which is a huge plus. David made everything easy as possible, practiced the conversation that one would have with a bankruptcy trustee, and went the extra mile for me and my family. David Luu helped me and my wife file for bankruptcy. He was an absolute professional. He was driven, meticulous and always available. David provided us with excellent service during our difficult ordeal. However what we feared would be a difficult experience, he turned into an easy and pain free process. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the bankruptcy procedure. He answered all of our questions, provided answers that were easy to understand and also helped us figure out what was best for us. He was meticulous in his approach of filing paperwork, getting answers from creditors and speaking on our behalf to them. I highly recommend David. I needed to find a bankrupty attorney and had no where else to look but in the yellow pages. After looking at a few I noticed a review for David Luu, and decided to initially contact him. It was late in the afternoon but he returned my call anyway, I thought that was very thoughtful of him. After I explained what I wanted his demeanor and information allayed all my fears and I decided to go ahead and meet with him. He was with me all through the process and helped me with my stress issues by explaining everything without leagalese talk. David is personable, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things thoroughly, listen actively, and answer all my questions in everyday language and not in "legalese"; as well as understanding my unasked questions that I was unable to verbalized. He never was judgemental , condescending, or critical and led me through the "bankruptcy maze" efficiently and caringly. I feel that I have a new caring friend...not just a " legal eagle".

I found his info online trying to research for a real estate lawyer. He was very responsive and contacted me quickly. He seemed very honest and straight forward. I needed a lawyer to review a contract for me which was about 4 pages long. His fees seemed reasonable, however, I was able to find another attorney at a more aggressive fee. Even though I decided to go to another attorney at the end of the day, I would still recommend David as he seemed extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.
