Jimmy was an awesome lawyer to work with, he was efficient and communicated well throughout the case. I’ve worked with multiple lawyers before and most of them do the bare minimum, I can say that Jimmy was worth the money, he was able to get my case dismissed, I recommend him to anyone that needs a real lawyer.

After getting arrested this last year and facing a serious felony charge, I was referred to check out Jimmy Cha by a friend of our family. Whether it be phone calls, texts, or emails, he ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner, and he never made me feel bad or stupid about asking a lot of questions or anything like that. I always felt like he truly had my back, and he would frequently tell me that if I had any questions to feel free to contact him. Even when I had feelings of anxiety and doubt and dealing with depression over my situation, he reassured me that he was fighting for me and that he was going to do everything within his power to prevent me from going to jail. In the end I trusted him and he 100% followed through with everything that he said to me. When it came time for court Jimmy was always on time and always looked professional. He always came prepared and briefed me on everything going on every time before court was in session. In short, having Jimmy on my side during this whole ordeal was truly a blessing. I could not have asked for a better lawyer. A lawyer who cares about people and believed my story from the very beginning. Recently I was charged with a 2nd DUI offense with an injury to 2 chp officers. I was facing a felony with a possible 3 years sentence in state prison and racking up thousands in fines. After going to more than numerous court dates, Jimmy stayed persistent and assured me he was going to do the best he could. With that being said, he was able to reduce the felony to a misdemeanor, my fees dropped to $500, and substituted jail time for house arrest. But due to my own fault in an house arrest violation, I had to go to county which I was later released within 48 hours.
