Mr. Gallagher took me on when I was supposed to be turning myself for my jail sentence for a dui. Not my first dui in my lifetime either. He not only got me and extension, he also convinced the judge to let me apply for house arrest so I could be at home and continue to work and support my family. This was all done in a matter of days and because of him, I was approved for house arrest and ensured I would serve my sentence at home while being able to go to and from work. I was referred to Mark by another attorney. Mark was super nice, professional, and his fee was reasonable. I like the fact that he texted and called me and was very responsive.
