Having had no prior experience with the legal system (meaning I'd never been in trouble before I received a DUI) I had no idea exactly how much trouble I was in when I got a ticket for driving without a license. I had never taken my classes to have my license reinstated. When I stood in front of the judge for my arraignment and he said mandatory 10 days in jail for driving on a suspended license my heart dropped into my stomach. The law offices of Mark Gallagher was able to convince the court to allow me to take my DUI classes, attend my AA meetings and get my license reinstated within 6 months. And this was all without having to serve any time in jail. I was very very lucky in that I didn't lose my job because I didn't have to serve any time in jail and all of the charges were dismissed thanks to the law offices of Mark Gallagher. I basically owe them my life. I really appreciate everything they did for me.
