I have very lil medical history thats why i wanted to hire a lawyer. But Berkley said when i build more evidence he can help. I think if i had enough evidence i wouldnt need a lawyer. I am now searchin a new lawyer.

Jeff Kent was an awesome attorney. Not only did he appear in court on my behalf 9 times but was also successful in getting all my charges dismissed, keeping my dmv record clean, no increases in my insurance and fortunately I was able to keep my job. I would recommend him to anybody who needs an excellent attorney.

When his military career was in jeopardy.... When my minor son found himself in trouble with the law..... We were just beside ourselves with worry. We would have to go to Court, the charges seemed terrible, I was thinking of just riding it out with the Court, accepting whatever the Court was going to do. I have worked in a Court setting and Court was not unfamiliar to me...but this was my son's future. Do not use this firm if you want to win!! My attorney Clifford Berkley did almost nothing to win my case. He spoke for about 2 minutes during my hour long ALJ hearing. He did not submit crucial evidence I sent him which would have helped my case. To top it off, he quit on me when I did not win at the ALJ level. Instead of actually working to be paid his 6K, he quit. He did little to no work and was just looking to make a fast 6K if I had won my case. He is Benjamin Berkley's son, apparently following in his fathers footsteps even though he has no business being a lawyer. Buyer beware! There are many other social security lawyers in San Diego who will do a better job for you.

After being diagnosed with elusive debilitating, multi-symptom conditions, I filed for SSD.
