Contacted Ms. Indu Srivastwa and discussed about the case of removing conservator and appointing wife instead. She explained in detail. She seemd expert in her field.

Protect yourself and stay away. Terrible work ethic, absolutely zero communication, not good paperwork. Gimmicks just to bill you more and more. No real care of your case.

Fair service from Lawyer and receptionist and clerks. Too much for what I needed. Poor communication, rushed and hard to get call backs for important quick answers that are the important part of any divorce/child support/spousal support issues. I don’t make a lot of money for a public educator.

honestly reading her reviews I thought this was too good to be true, but when I called multiple lawyers, Indu and her staff stood out and immediately once I got my free consultation, I immediately was convinced that Indu was the one.....So far her and Sonia have been consistent throughout this painful and stressful process, I go to sleep at night knowing I am in good hands with this legal team. We are still a long way to go but I have put my faith in Indu and I know she is consistently giving it her all

Indu and Sonia helped me during a restraining order and child custody case. They are very informative, compassionate and understanding. Anytime I needed them they were there for me to answer all my questions and concerns. I’ve dealt with other lawyers in other child custody cases and by far Indu is the best. Indu gives a very convincing resume about how aggressive she can be . Nonetheless, that never proved to be the case. She was slow to produce required paperwork and in the final analysis did not even provide a reply to the respondent's response to a "Request for Order" which we were seeking with the court which left us , on court day, looking like idiots. She and her Para-legal had very little patience for questions about tactics and procedures but were always there to pursue immediate payment for any charges. Her inept performance required a change of lawyers in mid stream of what has become a very complex, contentious case; after investing nearly $20,000.

Indu helped me with. Dismissal of a faulsly accused domestic charge. And there after. They got me full physical, and legal custody of my 2 boys. A plus service, law practice and professionalism. Highly recommend there services.

Ms. Indu is not only an excellent lawyer, but also goes above and beyond for what is needed to help her clients, she always makes sure that the interest of the client is in the forefront. Indu was so knowledgable when I spoke with her that she knew that my ex wife was reaching. Her staff, especially Sonia replied to my and actually pushed me to write my response to opposing counsel.
