Stay away from her. She will make you feel like she is on top of her game, but she and her paralegal will constantly drop the ball. A divorce attorney is supposed to have your back - unfortunately can't say that for her. Example - they had about a month to file some papers with the court. 2 days before the deadline, the paralegal sends me an email asking to collect a ton of information to be submitted to the court. When I asked why this wasn't started earlier, they blamed it on me - saying because I didn't hire them from the beginning, that's why the delay! I am sorry, but that's a lame excuse.

Great service from a firm that handles matters professionally and with great care!

They take 15 minutes of your time before telling you to pay 200$ consolation to get an idea about their fee. You could have just said that in advance without wasting my time and get all my info (my age, income, children DOB ex info etc).

Mark and Kelly are professional and take the time with each client that is needed. Both are emphatic listeners but really know the law to protect the best interest of their clients. They are a power couple that work together as a great team. When I first met them both I felt immediately comfortable as they shared their diverse backgrounds in their journey to become both lawyers to protect and support individuals in need. I highly recommend anyone that is contemplating divorce or wanted to discuss adoption or ways to protect the family, to pick up the phone and call. It is always better to be proactive and educated than reactive.

The firm is very efficient and ethical. They do an excellent job of communicating and making sure that I have and understand all the court orders. I have learned from other offices, who needed court orders or other information, that Irwin and Irwin is easy to work with. Although my divorce is not finalized, I am very appreciative of the help and support that I continue to receive from the law firm of Irwin and Irwin. They are a fabulous team and I would highly recommend them.

Kelly and Mark Irwin are personable, very articulate in divorce and family law. One thing I love about them is Mark is an ex law enforcement officer.
