Pamela Thakur and her team were awesome in helping us manage our Father's affairs after he suddenly passed away last year. They took the time to meet with my siblings and I, listen to our concerns, and promptly address them. They did a good job of explaining the whole process. Highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately, the last several years have not been the best for our family who had never previously had trouble with the law before. Our daughter was in a domestic violence relationship and falsely accused of breaking and entering into her own apartment that she was not on the lease to, assault, and domestic violence, when she was actually the victim. Another member of our family was accused of a crime, while on the job. Both cases were lengthy and somewhat complicated with a lot of extenuating circumstances. A third member of the family went to see Jeff about another incident and he gave them advice, instructed them what they could do on their own and never charged them at all. (He even personally answered their phone calls twice from court when they had additional questions.) Jeff has been a blessing to our family! We are so thankful to have had an attorney who truly cares about our family. Jeff was ultimately able to get both cases completely dismissed which was no small feat in both cases. At the end of our daughter's case, Jeff also took the time to have a heartfelt talk with her and wish her well, which meant so much to us. I highly recommend Attorney Jeff Kent! Having had no prior experience with the legal system (meaning I'd never been in trouble before I received a DUI) I had no idea exactly how much trouble I was in when I got a ticket for driving without a license. I had never taken my classes to have my license reinstated. When I stood in front of the judge for my arraignment and he said mandatory 10 days in jail for driving on a suspended license my heart dropped into my stomach. The law offices of Mark Gallagher was able to convince the court to allow me to take my DUI classes, attend my AA meetings and get my license reinstated within 6 months. And this was all without having to serve any time in jail. I was very very lucky in that I didn't lose my job because I didn't have to serve any time in jail and all of the charges were dismissed thanks to the law offices of Mark Gallagher. I basically owe them my life. I really appreciate everything they did for me.
