I’ve hired Joshua Lee twice resulting in two successful outcomes. I originally sought legal representation for assistance with an employment contract. He was efficient and provided valuable input to create an employment contract that was fair and acceptable to both parties while ensuring my rights were protected. I had such a positive experience with Joshua Lee last year that it made perfect sense to hire him again for my malpractice personal injury case. In the malpractice personal injury case, Mr. Lee reduced the stress of the legal process immensely during a time of intense physical and emotional hardship. He listened and treated me with compassion and respect. This was a much longer process than my employment contract case, and I am so glad he was willing to walk me through it every step of the way. Finding myself in a horribly misrepresented corporate contract circumstance. I had found Attorney Lee on Yelp to consult about a some questions I had regarding a personal case. I was able to get an appointment with him quickly and he was very thorough during our consultation. All my questions were answered and he ended up representing me. The case did not go to court as he was able to reach a settlement that was satisfactory to me. He kept me updated through the entire process and would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

Indu’s law office helped me with. Dismissal of a faulsly accused domestic charge. And there after. They got me full physical, and legal custody of my 2 boys. A plus service, law practice and professionalism. Highly recommend there services.

Spoke Friday March 31and she told me she would schedule me for next week. Her Secretary stepped out and that when she returned the secretary would call me.....It's Tuesday and I'm still waiting on her call.

Really helpful with all questions. The process took a little longer than expected but Indu and her staff were very knowledgeable about the paperwork and the process for my case. Even though they did a lot extra work with phone calls and emails, their pricing was very reasonable. I also worked with Indu and her staff remotely (never met her in person since I live in the Bay) but her and her staff still took care of me and got everything taken care of. Highly recommend.

I consulted more than a dozen lawyers and non could satisfy me with complete information regarding my E2 case and then a friend referred me to Evelyne who turned out to be an angel in desguise. Right form the very first phone call she was professional and during the preparation she had been very understanding, helpful and worked really hard and in result I got my E2 approved in just 8 days.

Evelyne Hart was very professional answered every question I had prior to taking my case. She did not lie about the process like some lawyers do. She explained what would get my process denied before taking my money and explained that if any of the reasons for denial were met we should not apply for the visa. My whole process took less than 1 year to complete I was petitioning for a fiance visa and glad to say thanks to her my husband was able to be in CA within 3 months of starting the process and now has his permanent residency.
