I am very pleased to say that my case which was an extremely old on going case, Mr. Gallagher was able to get me an outcome i didnt think was possible... Very very pleased will definitely refer him aswhile as us him again myself...

I have been working with Mark for a few years now. My driving philosophy is the safest route from point A to point B is the route that minimizes my time next to other drivers. Police to tend to disagree with this philosophy and I end up with ~ two speeding tickets a year. In the last 3 years, Mark handled 5 speeding tickets for me with only one going to traffic school. The other 4 speeding tickets were completely dismissed, including one for 100mph+. He explains all the details of the case, keeps me updated on date changes and dismals, and explains what the consequences could be if things go array. He handles all court appearances for me, from Irvine to Lancaster in Los Angeles and Orange County.

I hired Mark for an old DUI case. Mark explained the circumstances/possibilities very clearly, met with me when I was feeling very concerned about appearing in court for two arrest warrants, and was available throughout the case. I was able to ask him as many questions as needed via text, over the phone and in person. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome; he got my second DUI dismissed and I only had to attend AA meetings and pay the fines for the first DUI. The case also resolved very quickly- the whole process only lasted about four months. I am incredibly happy I hired him and would definitely recommend him.
