I cannot overstate how helpful Mark and his staff were for my case. His ability to listen and sympathize with my concerns gave me a lot of relief in a very challenging time in my life. His knowledge of the law and his ability to work within the system got my case dismissed. I was overjoyed with theoutcome which, frankly, I did not expect. Also, his fee was much less than other law firms that I had contacted. Mr. Gallagher is truly a man of the people and a hero working for our community.

I have known attorney Gallagher for a few years now. He helped me with two different cases throughout the years. His client management is excellent. He is accommodating. He is an exceptional attorney.

Having had no prior experience with the legal system (meaning I'd never been in trouble before I received a DUI) I had no idea exactly how much trouble I was in when I got a ticket for driving without a license. I had never taken my classes to have my license reinstated. When I stood in front of the judge for my arraignment and he said mandatory 10 days in jail for driving on a suspended license my heart dropped into my stomach. The law offices of Mark Gallagher was able to convince the court to allow me to take my DUI classes, attend my AA meetings and get my license reinstated within 6 months. And this was all without having to serve any time in jail. I was very very lucky in that I didn't lose my job because I didn't have to serve any time in jail and all of the charges were dismissed thanks to the law offices of Mark Gallagher. I basically owe them my life. I really appreciate everything they did for me.

Mark is very professional. He was clear and transparent about each step in the process and possible results. Hired him and he put me at ease, allowing me to forget about the ticket. He called me a week before the court date, which I did not have to attend, to remind me. My ticket was costly and could have led to a license suspension, but Mark was able to get it completely dismissed. I would go to Mark again in the future.

After literally decades of dealing with a challenge that seemed to never go away, and being told by other attorneys that it was likely impossible to straighten out without flying cross country with no guarantee, it finally seems to be cleared up and taken care of. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He took care of my speeding ticket. I’m more than happy with the outcome. I didn’t have to do anything other than pay for the service. Didn’t have to take time out of my job to fight the ticket myself. I’ll be hiring them for any future tickets and I already recommend them to all of my friends and family. If you are thinking if it’s worth it, I promise it is!
