I never thought that I would need a lawyer but when I did, I researched and decided to go with Atty. Bloom. The initial phone call and office visit made me feel not alone. He was sympathetic to my dilemma. He’s very knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. I am not much of a writer but I feel that people need to know what a great lawyer Atty Bloom is. My case got DISMISSED!

He was able to get my six-month DUI class reduced to a three-month class with absolutely no community service. He was also able to get my fine reduced as well! We had no idea how or where to find a reputable attorney. After some research we called Steven Bloom and knew immediately there wasn’t going to be anyone better or more capable than him. I managed to get myself in a bit of hot water with the OC justice system concerning a DUI. After calling and meeting with a myriad of attorneys Steve offered me the best rate AND the best results. Suffice to say it, I was apprehensive that he would be able to not only reduce the standard sentence but save me a few dollars but that's exactly what happened! Furthermore, nearly 2 years later a warrant for my arrest was issued in my name due to a minor billing error. Worried of violating my parole and being sent to jail (as some attorneys I consulted with said may happen) I hired Steve who told me it would be completely settled the following day. I called Steven Bloom to represent my daughter one day before her arraignment. Not only did he take the case, he used his knowledge of domestic violence and self-defense and miraculously was able to get the case thrown out!!!! This situation could have been a nightmare for the victim (who was arrested after calling the police in self-defense) however, Mr. Bloom listened intently, asked the right questions and knew what he needed to do moving forward. Mr Steven Bloom provided a great consultation and went over every aspect in detail about the current options we had available about my case. He worked with me every step of the way and kept in close contact with me to provide updated information. I went to "hang out" with a co-worker of mine late one night in Orange County and had a little too much to drink. He ended up leaving me in a gas station to fend for myself and I ended up in police custody. I was officially charged with TWO offenses: being Drunk in Public and Assault on an Officer. Long story short... knowing things would not go well for me if I accepted a court appointed lawyer or even defended myself, my family decided to search the web in hopes of finding a lawyer on the web; that's where we found Steven Kelly Bloom. I explained my situation to him and he took the case under his wings. Steven was able to get the Assault on an Officer charge thrown out, but there was no way around the drunk in public. As the time progressed, I was informed of a "court-ordered diversion program" that is apparently designed for "first time offenders" who have been arrested and charged with personal use drug offenses. I had to plead guilty to the charge of being drunk in public, offer a sample of my DNA to the court and attend the program; in return, successful completion of said criteria would result in my case being DISMISSED all together. I took responsibility for my actions and attended the course -- making sure not to be "late" coming back from my breaks/meal period; (they DID send people home for coming back late and had no qualms showing people the door). I went back to court with the Certificate of Completion in hand and Steven Bloom to fight by my side and the case was DISMISSED. I HIGHLY recommend this lawyer to help you with you legal troubles. He's a good man who treats his clients with the utmost respect and professionalism. He clearly knows what he's doing.

I went to the Fullerton Courthouse to look for a lawyer that could represent me in a case I had coming up there. I'm not from the area and realized that a lawyer from my area would not be connected at all in this courthouse. I went there twice observing cases and looking for a lawyer that seemed to have the following traits: confidence without arrogance, good energy and most of all the appearance to have respect amongst the courthouse officials. The DA and Judge being the most important. Steven was by far the attorney that seemed to have what I was looking for. It was time to get a business card and find out if he was within my budget. Steven passed this test and what was most important to me was the flat rate to get the job done. I'm not one for paying for phone calls and all the rest of the things we as consumers have no way of regulating. My assumptions were correct and Steven won a very difficult case. In my opinion he won it on his reputation, personality and from going the extra mile behind the scenes to capture the respect of the court. I went through four lawyers during my divorce and believe me I know the difference between a good lawyer and a bad one!
