David gave me a great experience and he resolve two things. The year 2020 and 2021 which wasn’t the greatest year for me bc I was given a speed contest ticket and then was hit on the freeway 45 mi away from home. I have been haunted with a speed contest ticket for a year bc I’m pretty young and didn’t want to ruin my record and have insurance increase.David was able to make it where I didn’t plea anything and will be able to dismiss the case once I’m finish with my driving class which is the best result I can ask for. He helped me with this case for a year and kept me updated since my case was so slow. I also came to him because of a car accident and he helped me talk to the insurance company to reimburse me for damages to my car and my medical health. He made it simple and referred me to repair shops and medical places that can assist me. All the places that was recommended was near my area which I was greatly appreciative. I highly recommend David because all the things he had done for me which made my 2022 a great year so far.

This review is long overdue. I had an incident where a guest at my house was causing trouble such as breaking into our shed, going through my office and taking paperwork, taking my mail and opening them such as bank statements etc... this quickly became an unwelcomed guest but unfortunately this person had already stayed in the guest room for a few months and I had to go through an eviction process in order to remove this individual from the premises. I was fortunate to have found David. During my first consultation with David he was very patient and listened to my situation. I knew during that consultation that David cared about me and my family. He explained the process from start to finish and every scenario possible and what to expect very thoroughly. Unfortunately this happened around the time when Covid started in 2020 so there was a ban on evictions. Although we had to endure until that ban was lifted or modified, David was always available to listen to our problems during that time and always kept us up to date on the status of the eviction. David was very persistent with the ever changing laws during the Covid to get our eviction case resolved as soon as possible as I have two children, a 1yr old and a 5yr old and the individual causing trouble was escalating the matter. The eviction had to go through an unlawful detainer with the court as the individual would not leave. In the end it took David having to have the court to issue writ of possession in order to have the sheriff to evict the individual. Although the whole process was long, it was David who made it all possible and me and my family is now safe from this unwelcomed guest. I have since contacted David for other services of all kinds for friends and family and though he may not service some of them he always listens and give his advice and referrals. If there is anything I need assistance with I will always contact David for his expertise and knowledge. Thank you David for everything you did for me and my family.
