Attorney Vinh Doan is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and above all, he is more caring about doing what is best for your situation than just charging you for his professional service. I was looking for an attorney to help my uncle set up a trust. I did a Google search and saw that Vinh Doan Law Office has very good reviews. So, I called Vinh Doan Law Office and left a message. Attorney Vinh Doan returned my call personally. I told him that I want to set up a trust for my uncle. Attorney Vinh Doan proceed with asking me detail about my uncle’s situation. After learning about my uncle’s situation, he advised that my uncle doesn’t need to set up a trust and proceed to advise on what I need to do for my uncle. Attorney Vinh Doan could have set up a trust for my uncle and charged for it but instead he took times to learn about the situation then advised a better way for the situation which cost a lot less than to set up a trust. I was also thinking about setting up an LLC. I’ve talked with Attorney Vinh Doan. Again, Attorney Vinh Doan took times to learn about my situation then proceed with advising me the pro and con of setting up LLC in my situation and patiently answered all my questions in detail. If you are looking for an attorney who care more about what is best for your situation than just charging you fee, I highly recommend Attorney Vinh Doan. Also, attorney Vinh Doan’s fee is very reasonable.

I must give 5 stars for Vinh Doan’s professional service of generating a living trust. Around 2014, we went with “Legal Zoom” (online legal service) and established a living trust. A month ago, we decided to update this living trust, with the intension of adding our new house. When we spoke with Vinh Doan, we discovered that we have wasted our money with this “on line legal service” trust. We have learned the hard way of “you pay what you get”. We are glad that we have found Vinh Doan who is very patient and professional, when conducting business with me and my wife. We had the good fortune to come across Vinh Doan through an online search for a trust attorney. Updating our trust was long overdue. We found his excellent reviews to be well-deserved. Our first visit with Vinh was a free consultation to review and evaluate our 16 yr. old trust. Vinh carefully read through our trust, explaining long forgotten or possibly never understood passages. He gave a fair and objective assessment - pros and cons of our current trust. We decided to go forward with an update of our trust. Vinh gave us a personal questionnaire to fill out for information to be used in the revised trust. An online draft of the new document was then emailed to us for review in advance of our next appointment. At the next appointment, Vinh patiently discussed the trust section by section, addressing our questions and concerns. Wading through legal language and pages of provisions can be tedious and boring but Vinh made it interesting and even educational. Christine, a notary public was there in the office to make the signing process quick and efficient. We highly recommend Vinh - he was very competent, personable and a pleasure to work with.
