I came to his office for a case, this was the first time going to a laser. Of course I was worried about fees for meeting him. But to my pleasure it was free to meet him in person and he let me talk with him till I was confratable with my goals and future steps to proceed in my situation. He was very kind and patient, generally trying to help me. I would say I was very satisfied.
