Do not look anywhere else. Eric is amazing. Quick, sharp, and charismatic. I've been through 1 divorce working with 2 different lawyers. Through my divorce process, I've witnessed Eric, my previous attorney, opposing's 2 attorneys, and dozens of other family law lawyers while sitting in the court room waiting for my trial to be heard. I started with another lawyer, but wish I went with Eric the first time around.  Out of all of the other attorneys I've witnessed, Eric is, hands-down, the most capable I've seen.... Like a TV lawyer!  Everyone seems to respect him including the judge, minors' counsel, and even opposing counsel. His rates are comparable to bigger firms, but you'll likely pay less due to his efficiency. Eric was a great lawyer. Help me through my custody and got me a fair and reasonable result. He never seem to pressure me or used scare tactics. On the contrary, he' comforted me along the way. He even suggested that I may not have needed him at one point b/c I was doing ok on my own for the preliminary hearings.

I was referred to Eric by a long time friend to help with my divorce proceedings with my very soon to be ex wife. I had already filed and done some of the motions on my own but once my ex hired an attorney and we weren't going to be going through a mediator I needed someone to represent me through the process. Eric came on board and was extremely helpful in outlining the process, correcting items that I had filed and smoothly guiding us through to a settlement. Every step went exactly as Eric had prepared me for and I could not be happier with his counsel. I will be referring anyone I meet that needs this kind of guidance his way. I would recommend attorney Eric to anyone, especially if you have complicated child custody case like mine. Eric knows exactly what to do to keep my daughter safe from abusive mom through the legal system. I thought my case would take long time and would involve multiple court days. And would cost me tens of thousands of $$. Turned out it was finished in just two court sessions and it costed me much less than I expected. This is because Eric knows exactly what he was doing.. He such an effective and efficient attorney. He's doing what is the best for his client.

After thoroughly reviewing many attorneys, I contacted Eric, but that's about it. I didn't know anything else, so I went to him helpless, naive, scared, and above all, no idea what I was getting into. He suggested something at the second meeting, and I didn't listen. I thought the divorce would be amicable. Unfortunately, it was highly contagious, and my mistake of not listening to Eric caused me four years to mitigate. Eric was professional and often showed me his kind side in various ways. What I have found, he always gave me the most appropriate advice. He was responsive and helped me navigate and understand the process well. Eric was logical, reasonable, and always looked at the bright side. His knowledge of family law was outstanding. I started my divorce with Eric as my attorney ended the divorce with him, while the other party worked with three attorneys. The past four years were a living hell, but Eric made it tolerable. Without him, I didn't know what would have happened to me. There are no ways to give more than five starts, but he deserves way more than 5 starts. A good attorney can change many things during this challenging journey, and if you plan to accept his service, you are in excellent hands.

I would recommend Eric to others seeking proper protection of their children's best interests, especially as a father. Eric represented me as a respondent on two cases; for parentage and child support. In both cases, he was incredibly helpful, and transparent. He did a great job at protecting my child's best interest and my rights as a father. He was easy to get a hold of amidst his busy schedule and was able to strategize with me effectively. Eric kept a calm demeanor throughout both cases, which helped as the situations were hectic.

What an amazing guy! Eric was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. This friend read my story on gofundme begging for help to hire a lawyer to fight my ex-wife in court. He called his best friend and told him to read my story. The next thing I know, I am drinking coffee with this best friend of my friend. He told me all about Eric. About how he operated. How professional he was. I had to fire the two previous attorneys due to losing every hearing. Crippling my income. Not being able to see my kids. Falling further into depression. I had reached the point of giving up. But when I hired Eric, after the glowing recommendation from this random stranger who read my story and decided he wanted to help, I felt something different. Something more human. The first lawyer I hired was part of a big firm that he was the head of. That was the worst decision of my life. I lost custody and was ordered to pay over half my earnings to my ex-wife. The second lawyer I hired, I was in tears in her office telling her what had happened and what continues to happen in my case. She kept charging me more and more for every little and unnecessarily big things she was doing. I was able to negotiate a 50/50 schedule without her help. But she failed to file it with the court. And then my ex went back on our verbal agreement. When I hired Eric, I was scarred from the first two lawyers I hired. So I was cautious, but optimistic. Eric jumped into an ex-parte with very little prep work after I was able to obtain enough money through gofundme. Each time we meet in court he went from good to great. At the end, I was finally able to negotiate better terms to finally dissolve my marriage. Eric had my best interest at heart. He didn’t overcharge me for every little thing. He was able to prevent my ex from continuing to drag out the process and after 4 years, I was finally divorced. Just because the divorce was finalized, doesn’t mean it’s all over though. My ex started accusing me of child abuse and started withholding custody of my kids after not even 2 months once the paperwork was filed. We had to go back to court and in the end, not only was my name exonerated, he was able to drop my child support down by $500/month. I owe so much to Eric. He truly is a great attorney, but an even more amazing human being. He understood my financial limitations, but continued to not only fight hard for me, but also allowed me to pay him back in installments, until I finally paid him back for all of his hard work. I would highly recommend you hire Eric for any of your family legal needs. He is worth every penny.

Eric helped me with the following: Child Custody and Child Support. Child Custody The mother of my children had stopped allowing the children to spend the night and had made false allegations against me. She attempted to move away with both my children to a different state. Outcome: 50% joint legal custody and the children will remain here in the state of a California. Child support The mother attempted to put me on child support. Eric represented me in my divorce. He was always very helpful. Whenever I emailed or called him, if he did not respond immediately, he would respond within a day.
