I had a free consultation with Tony a few months ago and not only was he incredibly knowledgable, but took the time to walk me through the next steps. He is easy to talk to and truly knowledgable. 10/10 would trust him to represent my child.

Very informative and understanding! Gave me the time I needed I didn’t feel rushed when talking to him. Also gave me a great Information. I don’t know of any other attorneys that would’ve done this without charging.

Tony was amazingly helpful and provided excellent service for me on behalf of my child. He took time to hear my concerns and to assist in developing a plan for obtaining the services and results necessary for my child's education. He was very transparent with his fees, communicative with progress on our case, he thoroughly reviewed all of my child's educational history including IEP's, educational goals, progress and identified areas that were not benefiting my child. Tony is very knowledgeable of education law and the rights of special education children. He was calm and straightforward in litigation with the other parties involved and put my worries at ease, after years of battling for my sons access to services I was exhausted and burnt out. Tony was able to alleviate that with his competent and ethical services. I am very appreciative and satisfied with all of Tony's help and also with the outcome of my case. Highly recommend Tony if you are wanting results from other parties, he really did put my worries at ease with his involvement. I hired Tony because I had been worn down by years and years of fighting school districts on behalf of our severely disabled daughter. He was recommended to me by our regional center worker and even after the initial conversation over the phone with Tony, I felt empowered, confident that he was professional and experienced, and that we had a case. Tony examined all of my daughter's school records, asked us questions at length so as to really understand what was going on. What he discovered was SO much more than I had initially thought. Tony knew exactly where things had been done wrong by numerous school districts and over many years. It was not pleasant hearing it, to be honest, but it was necessary and Tony went through everything so I understood what his plan was moving forward. I called Tony to see if he handled the type of case that I need assistance with unfortunately for me he does not,however Tony took the time to engage in conversation with me and provide some very useful information that will be very beneficial for my child and I Tony was kind,very knowledgeable, patient,and extremely helpful. Mr. Tai Nguyen has been a helping hand with my child’s school district for the last 4 years. Going into IEP meetings alone and the district having 5-6 people representing them was intimidating. At times I felt steam rolled, looked at as thought I was the only parent who thought that way or convinced this was “legal” and I’m unreasonable. I was so blessed to have found Tony. He gave me the knowledge and support I needed to fight the district for what my child deserves and to hold them accountable. Tony is truly the best. He listens, provides honest feedback with support but most important he believes in our kiddos and knows they deserve to taught to reach their best potential. I was referred to Tony Nguyen by an advocate/friend. He reviewed my daughter's entire school record,,including transcripts. He was thorough and knew the case very well and was able to defend it.
