I would most definitely recommend Lee Franck . He helped me through a situation that I never have been through before. He always answered my calls and when he didn't he got back to my messages as soon as he could. He is overall very helpful and very effective. If your were ever unlawfully fired I highly suggest calling the offices of Cumnings and Franck.

Have no legal fear, If he accepted to take your case, Thats because He's confident. I fumbled a few times and threw a monkey wrench in my own program and saw the frustration in his face but still I walked away and I'm living happily and hopefully ever after. Thank you So much Lee Franck!

WOW....What can I NOT say about frank and his team?? When I walked into frank's office to discuss my case with him, I knew by his responses that I made the right choice. Not just because he told me what I wanted to hear, but he also said things I DIDN'T want to hear! That humbling experience assured me that he wasn't about money or just winning, but that showed me that he really has a concern for helping people as a lawyer. The task he took on wasn't an easy task, but we still came out with the win! "Just what the doctor ordered" is an understatement for Frank and his team, because they fought for me "legally" at a time when I couldn't fight for myself.

I was scared to deal with lawyers not knowing the process of the legal system intimidated me but once I walked into Lee K. Franck's office I knew I was in good hands. He and his team heard me out, took my case and never made me feel uncomfortable. They were caring enough to show concern for my situation, they were compassionate enough to really listen to my case and it the end woorked really hard to get me compensated for my pain and suffering. Lee Franck, was my lawyer for a Discrimination case which my experience with him was dynamic. Lee was very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable of my case and he always keep me informed.

When I met Lee I was totally depressed and obsessing about Merrill Lynch treatment of me. I was terminated after 19 years, great reviews for wearing white tennis shoes instead of black on business casual days. I really like my job and my co-workers who were my friends. It was one manager that did not like me. Lee immediately sat me down and ask me to write about what had happened to me and by whom. Each time he went over an issue with me he would have me look at as the case as it was, not with my emotions.. I started to look at it objectively and started feeling better. As the case proceeded I would step back and see it the way Lee explained it to me. He also made sure there were different scenarios from which to see the problem. But I was responsible for the action to be taken with such issues regarding the case. He was my attorney, but also the white knight protecting me from the villians. When it was time to go to court, I had the choice of settling or going ahead to court. I chose to settle 4 days before the court day, because I no longer wanted Merrill Lynch in my life. It was time to move on. Lee gave me the insight which help me make a wise choice. Today I'm looking for a job and also starting my own business hoping one works out. Either way I am happy and balanced, understanding that choice I made was the best for me and my family. I could not have done that without Lee Franck.
