I wanted to share my experience with JT Legal because it great. Faced with a first and second loan with very aggressive lenders, I reached out to JT Legal. I was referred to them via a very good friend. From my first telephone interview to signing the final release documents, the experience was top notch. I went into this frightening experience thinking the worst and the outcome was the complete opposite. With help of JT Legal I went from almost losing my home to an auction to actually receiving settlement checks from the lenders. Yes, unbelievable. The lenders paid me. More important to me was the honest representation I received from the entire staff at JT Legal. Overall these guys are the best.

My original Countrywide Mortgage was sold to B of A who gave me a mortgage reduction and Modification. The economy was still unstable and i fell behind on my mortgage, the Servicer on the mortgage was Resurgent / Shellpoint who seemingly did everything in their power to Foreclose. They told me i did not qualify for HAMP and began Dual Tracking ( a practice California Secretary of State created legislation to prevent) Armine filed a Complaint on my behalf citing the California homeowner bill of rights and also filed for injunctive relief. Within weeks of filing Shellpoint stated I qualified for HAMP after all and I just received my Final paperwork from the trial payment plan saving my home from foreclosure. If I had not had a smart, aggressive Attorney I have no doubt my home would have been sold at auction. Thank you Armine You have been an answer to our prayers

I am a Disabled Veteran who was at the end of my rope with my mortgage company and could not hold off foreclosure any longer. In spite of what these banksters say, they really have no interest in helping the people but are only interested in their bottom line. I retained Armine and found her to be warm, passionate and compassionate at helping people in trouble with their mortgage companies. I was impressed by Armine’s skills to out maneuver the bank’s lawyer’s dirty litigation tricks by having our Motion heard to remand our case back to state court over their Motion to Dismiss our case. I have already recommended Armine to some friends in trouble and I would not hesitate to recommend Armine again to any homeowner who is in trouble and in imminent danger of foreclosure.
