This might be the BEST thing that EVER happened to me! I got into a very bad car accident, in Malibu, and I was helpless. My car was totaled, the person who hit me was very rude and didn't want to even talk to me, nor give me any information. She hit me from the left side, and pushed me to the right, into three parked cars. A total of 5 cars in the accident, three of which were parked and my car hit because of the impact of the car that hit me. The lady who hit me didn't even want to tell me what happened, I was terrified, by myself, and no car accident experience. I didn't even get her name, insurance, or Driver's License... Very bad beginners' mistakes. Luckily, a friend of mine told me that my only solution was to get a lawyer, otherwise the three parked cars were going to get after me, and the lady who hit me was probably going to decline liability (WHICH SHE DID!!!). I got in contact with Maison Law the day after the accident (a sunday), and their attorney (Natalie Mazmanian) got on the phone with me right away and asked me all the questions she needed to get answered. My biggest fear at that time was having hospital bills, so I had to tell the ambulance that I didn't have any injury when they showed up (I lied because I didn't want to pay the bills, even though my arm and leg were hurting so bad). Maison Law insisted that I go see a doctor and get treated, and they were so right! They helped me get a "lean treatment" (not sure if that's the right term), where I was able to get treated until the pain went away, without having to pay a DIME! After many treatment sessions, helping me get the money back for my car (which was tough during covid, and the cray car market, but they NAILED it), and helped me with all the stress and anxiety of dealing with a car accident. The lady who hit me claimed 50/50 liability (crazy, right?) but thanks to Maison Law, they were able to take the case to court, and we WON!!! So not only I got ALL my hospital bill, therapy bills, and Physical therapy bills paid off, but I also got a good check for the hustle that this accident made me go through. I have been recommending Maison Law to all my friends that have been unfortunate to get into car accidents, and I would always be recommending it! It clearly saved me and help me A LOT! Their responsiveness was UNPARALLELED and I love when people are professional and passionate about their jobs, and their attorneys are definitely passionate!
