Vanessa Alvarez has tremendously exceeded expectations. She took on my case and has been working on my behalf flawlessly. I am very grateful that she is by my side fighting for me. She has treated me like family and calls me daily for not only updates but to check on me to see how I am doing. She has gotten me the treatment I need and is still finding different treatments and therapy to help ensure that I make a full recovery. I applaud and thank god everyday that she is my case manager because she hasn't left my side and treats me like I'm family.

I used JT Legal Group after calling in about an accident I had. I spoke to Lisa who was very knowledgeable and personable over the phone. I didn't want to speak to anyone else since I've had issues in the past with not feeling cared about but Lisa assured me that Elvina was a great case manager and sure enough, Elvina took care of me as well as Lisa had described. I want to thank Lisa for helping situate me and calming me down through the process. She was very thorough and she helped explain a lot of things I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to understand.
