It was really easy to communicate with them, they listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. Their communication about the case as things developed was so great! Edwin was especially helpful and kind through the whole process. And when he wasn't available, anyone I spoke with was also courteous and respectful of my time. I called this office and before I can speak with an attorney and get some feedback on my situation to figure out if I even have a case, I was bombarded with questions; personal questions from the receptionist or the intake person. Why? Why do you REQUIRE such personal info before even speaking with me? Why? No other office works this way? Why would anyone ASK for personal information before deciding if they will even take the case? Why can't I give you my info once we have a working relationship? This is so ridiculous and it makes me uncomfortable to give away my personal info to people I am not doing business with. I hope you think twice before giving out your personal information to this office or any other office before knowing for sure you will be in a working with them. Unprecedented, unnecessary, and at some point must be illegal. The intake person said to me "since you are not willing to give us the information we ask, we cannot help you at this time! Call us back when you want to give us your information!" So basically she is saying until you give us your personal information so we know everything about you whether we do business or not we will not hear your case. I truly hope the bosses read this and reconsider their business practices
