It's taken yrs to talk about this but these attorneys lost my case of 4+ yrs. Convinced me we had a million dollar case since I had major surgery and after a horrific unprepared deposition I wanted to settle. Was told not too, go to arbitration, the judge will see things our way. Unfortunately, she did not. Now I live with chronic pain and no large settlement thanks to these guys. They are very nice, friendly lawyers but if you have the potential for a large payout my experience you need to hire a larger firm. These outcomes effects our entire lives, so pick wisely and interview several attorneys. Lastly, if you think your case isn't being handled properly don't be afraid to fire your representation.
