contacted Anthony about a neighborhood nuisance issue. After the first appointment for which the first thing he did was to charge me a fee (it's okay), we discussed my case and he gave me instructions to document and gather evidence. After sending him everything, he simply stopped answering me, he has disappeared. I understand this was probably not the most exciting case of his career, but he’s also a burbank lawyer and not exactly a rockstar, if you know what I mean. So there is no reason to be that difficult. I find it a bit harsh to be ghosted by a lawyer who has neither the courtesy nor the decency nor the professionalism to clearly refuse a case, but evade and waste everyone's time. This is definitely not an adult behavior.

I am a landlord, and while I usually get along well with my tenants, I had a difficult tenant who caused significant damage to my property (among other things). I consulted with Anthony, and he calmly guided me through a difficult situation. His knowledge of current local real estate laws was very helpful for my issue. His communication was clear, and his recommendations were practical. His office was professional. He replied promptly to any questions I had, and wrote out an important legal document for me in these regards. I was very disappointed with my experience trying to contact Mr. Marinaccio, particularly after seeing such stellar reviews for him. His website says “when you call our office, you will speak to an attorney,” refers to “free consultations,” and allows prospective clients to submit an inquiry in order to schedule a 30 minute consultation. After submitting the inquiry, however, I was contacted by the legal assistant and told that Mr. Marinaccio actually charges $50.00 for a 15 minute consultation - apparently there are no free consultations despite the website referring to them numerous times, and I certainly was not able to speak to an attorney when I called the office. To make matters worse, I had submitted a rather detailed inquiry because I am an attorney myself and understand better than most that not every attorney will handle every case, and she was not sure whether my issue was the sort he could even help with. I have gladly paid for consultations with other attorneys in the past, but I decided there were too many red flags to justify paying for a “free consultation” in this case.

Anthony was extremely helpful in assisting me with a creditor claim against an estate. He is very honest and fair in both his legal advice and fees. There were no surprises with him - which was so refreshing. He was able to expedite my claim in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Anthony!

I was having a serious problem with one tenant in my 4-unit apartment building in Los Angeles, and I phoned Anthony to seek his consultation about how to proceed. Since my apartment rentals are under LA's rent control ordinance, I needed someone with expertise and knowledge of the ordinance and how it applies, and my options. First of all, Anthony phoned me back very quickly after I left him my message; I really appreciated that level of care. I spoke with him twice on the phone and in both consults, I was given very specific and helpful feedback to my concerns and questions. He was very courteous and listened patiently and asked good questions to help him understand the situation. He in turn gave me very clear steps to take to help resolve the problem, and he also outlined what steps I should not take to prevent a legal problem for me. As all our conversations happened over the July 4 holiday weekend, when I expected to get no help, I was delighted and very surprised to receive this level of assistance. Though the situation with my tenant continues, I now have the confidence to know how to move forward to ultimately resolve the issue, thanks to Anthony. Most of all, my level of anxiety and even fear was considerably abated after getting his help. If I need further assistance in the weeks and months to come, I will certainly return to Mr. Marinaccio for his assistance. A great experience with this attorney!
