This was my first time involved in a total loss accident and I was helped by the JT Legal group. They explained the process and would always answer my phone calls when I called every month for updates and questions I had about my case. Dawn our case manager was very genuine and listened to my concerns. Anthony helped me go over the final payment breakdown. Overall it was a good learning experience with a professional team.

A family member told me to try JT Legal Group and I’m glad I called! They are so responsive and checked in with me every step of the way. Had a car accident and this team helped me out all the way. They have excellent communication with all their clients.

I was lured into filing an accidental claim through here. I type on google to find the phone number of state farm to file a claim, but JT's phone number was the first thing that showed up, and believing it was state farm, I called. After giving all the accident information, I was told that they were not State Farm but a legal group that would take care of my case, and I naively believe. They did call me to get information and I was told they would take care of it and only be paid once the claim was resolved. Two months later, I didn't hear a work from them. I wanted more, texted, no response. Calling another time, I was told that my case had been dropped, and they didn't even bother to send me a letter, an email, or even a text. All that slowed down my claim process and I ended up with extra problems that I did not need. My advice, Find another company and make sure their communication skills is on point, because JT Legal Group's definitely isn't.
