Where do I start, I want to start off by apologizing to Elvin she started my case. I was at a low place and wasn't happy with how my case was going. I lashed out on Elvina despite her working hard to help me. I'm sorry Elvina. My my car was totaled on June 8 2019 J.T legal group was able to get my settlement Jan. 23 2020. I'm very satisfied the amount I got. It was more than I expected. My advice to anyone going through a car accident situation, is be patient and trust your legal aid and attorney. Also don't stress on what you can't control!! Things will work out! I recommend J.T legal group to any one looking for a law firm that actually cares and works hard to satisfy there clients. I needed an attorney to help with an issue with my employer. They're the most knowledgeable & helpful people; they take their time and listen to you. There was no "language barrier" which I still face day to day. Email questions were answered quickly and they're understanding of your situations. Scanning documents from your phone and email contact is convenient, and done with minimal effort. As this was my first experience with the legal system, the law gives both sides a fair chance; at the cost of time. Sometimes we have to wait till it's our turn. They won't skip any turns. They are as fast as the law allows. Outstanding results, and highly recommended.

JT legal group, let my medical bills go to collections. Even after I had informed them that the hospital kept send bills, told me they had it fixed (i have no insurance/but should have been paid by auto ins\which they dropped that ball too) Speaking with the front office, stating we are going to get you money. Really? How unprofessional, "we are going to get you in the money"? All I got from them is a bad credit score and a major headache. Thanks for nothing JT!
