12/12/2020 II had taken my lemon case to an attorney in Florida and my request was denied and they immediately dropped my case. On this lucky day, I contacted this attorney Amy who had faith in me. She requested lots of information from me and kept up with me almost on a weekly basis. I got to a point she decided she was going to write a letter to Mercedes-Benz USA. I was on vacation when she called me and gave me the good news. My car was deemed a Lemon after repeated attempts to repair it. This law firm is really the best. They treat you with uttermost respect and keep you informed in every step of the process. They believed in me and did all they can to get you the best outcome. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! So thankful I was referred to Sally at Sage Law Group after having a negative experience with another Lemon Law attorney. My Lemon Law case was for a business vehicle that had lots of costly modifications specific to our business, so my case was not straight forward by any means.
