Before hiring Jack, I had contacted multiple lawyers and explained my situation with my first home. Most of them were under qualified and didn't quite understand all the nuances of the contract. Jack, on the other hand, was able to grasp the situation quickly and provided me with my options on our first call. If I could give more stars I would! Jack was amazing to work with. His professionalism is outstanding. We needed a real estate attorney to help with a quitclaim deed, but we had differences with the other homeowner we knew we were in for a long court battle. After speaking to several attorneys, we found Jack and right away we knew we wanted to work with him. Now, 2 years later we are finally done with this long battle. I've been working with Jack for a few years and I'm very thankful for all the help he has given me. Jack is incredibly knowledgable but also a good listener. I always get the feeling that he fully understands my unique situation and tailors his advice in a balanced way. (In my case, I lease commercial spaces and then divide them up into art studios which I then sublease. So Jack has helped me negotiate leases, write leases and given me a lot of advice about how to proceed with things like insurance and building permits.) He's very patient and good at explaining complex ideas in a simple way. On top of all this he's very friendly and easy to reach. If he doesn't answer my call right away he always calls me back the same day. In my experience this is incredibly rare. Its such a relief to know that he's there for me when I have a very important decision to make in a short amount of time. It's saved me from a lot of stress! Also his prices are fair and he doesn't nickel and dime me. He's actually been very generous with his time and I feel very appreciative. I fully recommend working with him!

Jack is the best lawyer and a very good friend. He has been working on multi-million dollar real estate fraud case, and has helped us with other fraud cases. I interviewed 3 other law firms, but they did not stand out as much as Jack. When you meet Jack in person or talk to him, I guarantee that you will know he is the one. After hiring several lawyers for different reasons I was under the inmpression that they see you only as $$$$. Jack is none of those folks. He actually really cares about his clients and even on several occasion he went out of his way to help me with sertain issues I had. I hired Mr. Kakoian to assist me with a commercial real estate dispute. He immediately got to work after being hired and I felt as if I had a tremendous force by my side. He carefully explained to me how our approach and how it would be the best approach for our case, and as events unfolded I realized more and more that he was absolutely correct. We ended up resolving the matter with a very favorable settlement for me, which involved a substantial change in the original contract to my benefit. I would also like to add that he is very knowledgeable in real estate laws, a skilled negotiator, carefully analyzer , and most of all he keeps his clients updated continuously and is always available for a phone call.
