Just because you are an attorney does not make you a litigator! A litigator is MMA fighter who will do whatever it takes to prevail! David is litigator and will truly fight for you and your family! He understands that charges and restraining orders effect our families and children too. If you are looking for an aggresive fighter then hire David. David has a passion for not only the law but more importanlty his clients. In my particular case we had multiple moving parts and NOT ONCE was the ball dropped. You wont feel like a client with Mr. Russmano insteasd you will feel like a friend. In fact in the beginning I was very high strung and nervous but as each time I had communication with David his calming voice yet strong demeanor is what honestly removed my nervousness. I knew the minute I became his client I became his friend. If you are looking for a friend to fight for you and to prevail at all cost then hire David. Mr. Russmano is one of the most creative out of the box thinkers when it comes to your case. It is rare these days that you find a brillant mind who is more interested in winning then collecting fees. Big fees don’t always mean bright aggressive attorneys like David Russmano. So simply put….you want an aggressive, bright attorney who will treat you like family then hire David. UPDATE: Months later David (being unpaid) still returns my calls and offers advise on my case as we naviagte the Federal Courts. He is once again not just a great litigator but simply a human being that cares!!
