I’ve been in the middle of a small claims dispute for the last several weeks, and have been using various lawyers that were recommended through my work legal insurance (ARAG). More than half didn’t respond, and the two that did were terrible with time and responsiveness. I had one who started off useful but then refused to chat on the phone and wanted all correspondence done through email. Eventually I asked ARAG for more lawyers and Andrew was a suggestion. He emailed quickly then jumped on the phone. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel that he did not want to be helping me because I was using him through ARAG. Once my questions were answered, he still made sure to leave himself open via email or phone for any additional questions I may have in the future. I feel comfortable reaching out to him if anything else happens, and am grateful he was so amenable to hearing all of my questions.
