I was referred to Sage Law Group through my service advisor, who advised me not to try to have my SUV declared a lemon on my own, and he was correct. I had previously called the automaker corporate offices, and even sent letters certified mail; I received no help. The automaker corporate supervisor even advised to contact the Better Business Bureau. I was blown away by such poor customer service.
