Initially the communication was a bit choppy due to some green talent in the office but that happens.. It's important in business allow the full process to play out & not get emotional to determine if a company is going to ultimately be responsible/professional or not! I can say I'M HAPPY I followed my instincts and waited til the department manager got back in town to handle my case and negotiations. They took care of me. This company seems to have some experienced upper management that understands how to work things out for the integrity of business and the betterment of their clients.
