Mr. DiJulio provided me with honest, direct and open hearted service throughout a challenging case. His vast knowledge is balanced by his care for his clients. I recommend him highly.

Here's the quick version: They recommended we post an illegal eviction notice to a tenant that could have resulted in a potential fine of $250/day for us, and then kept a portion of our deposit without completing any work. To top it off they never responded to an email requesting a full refund. More detail: It's possible we simply had bad luck with our service from David DiJulio and his firm, given the other reviews on here were the reason I even called them, but they told us to post an eviction notice illegally on our tenant's door, and then refused to refund $600 of a $1500 retainer after one 20min phone call where an associate told us we would "have to wait until David DiJulio is back in the office to get any answers." They charged us for "research" but never told us what they were researching.

David DiJulio took on a complicated case for us almost about 7 months ago. Throughout the entire process he, and his staff, have been extremely efficient. The whole entire law group cares about what their name is attached to, so every filing, motion, etc., has been done with intricate care. I love the fact that Mr. DiJulio is who we met with in out initial meeting, and is who we continue to deal with ever since. Everything is very personalized and one-on-one. His secretary Barbara is amazing, and replies promptly to any questions or emails you send her way, and trust me I have sent a lot! This law firm brings knowledge and trust, two of the most important things to us when we were choosing an attorney for our current case.

I have been dealing with David over ten years and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable in everything we did. I have always respected David's opinion and frankness when it comes to the law and court system. David seems to do his best to keep the cases out of the court system but if he needs to go to court he handles it well. If I heeded an attorney I would automatically go to this law firm.
