Worst place to ever do business with waited for over 1 1/2 months nothing no paperwork. Kept calling over and over 4 times only goes to auto machine. Finally spoke to EMILY over the phone accused me of LYING regarding a email I’ve never gotten. beware of this law firm never DO business with them. You will get treated like trash.

So far the experience has been great.They are taking my case seriously,they treat me with respect and answer all my questions and keep me informed.really happy over all with my experience

I don't like that you don't actually deal with a lawyer... Always put on hold and someone will call youbl back... I haven't gotten a chance to tell them my side of the story what happened yet ....

This is a Firm you will be very happy to speak with. They handle the whole process from start to finish, it's nice to know there is a place that advocates for YOU and can be your voice when you feel you have done your best to shine light on shady employer practices. Thank Davtyan

They asked for personal and financial information with no guarantee of representing you, then the recommend you get a second opinion through anothet attorney for $325. Be careful!

Contacted the firm. Was instructed to send everything to their documents department. Sent it immediately. After not hearing back for a month, I checked in to see if they were taking the case or not. Followed up again two weeks later, then another two weeks. Still, nothing on their end. Said they were still reviewing everything. Closing in on the three month mark, I got a call from them. In which, the person on the phone repeatedly (like, 3-5 times) kept confusing my current job with the one I was pursuing action against. Shortly after the three month mark, & still not hearing anything... I told them to close my file & I don't want them involved in any aspect regarding my case. Unprofessional, unorganized & unreliable. Highly recommended you avoid this group.

DO NOT CONTACT THIS FIRM. This firm is a joke. I contacted them in August of '22. It took them literally 10 months to finally give me any real information. Their lawyer Cathe straight up tells me I have a case. Then 4 days later they send me an email stating there is nothing they can do to help me. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM

I am sure that this firm has helped other people who could not afford legal representation. That being said, my experience was certainly not that. I reached out to them on February 12 for a Federal case. After 3 months of being bread crumbled with message like "we will provide full legal representation ", "we are finalizing your case", "our attorneys are aware of your filing dates." and "we appreciate your patience." I received an acceptance denial email on May 15. Siting "business reasons" and reminding me statutes of limitations. My experience was an incredible waste of time with their documents department who had problems distinguishing between paper pay stubs and ePayroll screenshot and opening text messages screenshots. As well as later finding out on Instagram through a comment section that they do not accept Federal cases. If I simply receive a timely denial response back in February, I would not be writing this terrible review now.

Waste of time. I gave them my info. They said theyd call me back for a free consultation. That took almost two weeks. When they finally called me, some girl who could barely speak English, told me i didnt have a case, and that they couldnt help me. She took less info from me than from when i initially called. They already knew what my situation was. Why make me wait two weeks just to tell me i dont have a case?

Very confusing process; they initially ask for a lot of personal info such as bank statements, check stubs, texts and emails of the situation. I issued that info but would continuously receive an email or call back stating that they did not receive the info and I would need to resend. I would then call and speak with another rep, and they would say that they have already received everything they need. I waited months for contact back after all of my info was received, but no contact back was received. I finally reached out to them because action was needed and direction had to be followed, but after I contacted them and spoke to a Maria, I believe; couldn't quite understand her name, but I did repeat her name to her and she did not correct me. I explained my situation and case to her and she said that she would reach out to some attorneys so that they could screen my case asap. By the time I hung up with her I checked my email and there was an email that just arrived stating that they could not assist with my case. They said it had to do with things being submitted in a timely manner for these type of cases. I thought that was very odd. I know I have a solid case but I never had the chance to go into detail with a professional. I never really knew where I stood with Davtyan; its like they were more concerned with having access to my personal info then lost interest or the want to. I'm not sure if they are some type of scammer, or have won any cases, (I heard they havent won many, if any). Please beware of your personal info you send in and make sure it doesn't result in suspicious activity. I now have to start this tedious process all over again with a different firm; a lot of wasted time. They may need a better system to track customer responses and requested info feedback; seems as though they are all over the place.
