Very unprofessional law firm. I was waiting for the entire week to have a phone consultation regarding my problem.I was hoping to get an advise and/or understand what is my options regarding my issue with my employer, but this case manager just got the limited information by only asking where do I worked(employer name and address)and without even asking what is my issue and why I did even reached out to them, they just telling me that they can not take my case due to business decision loool.(after putting me on hold just 1 min) the funniest law firm uanswer I could ever hear. When people reach out for help to the law firm,they at least expecting to be heard ,than after that ,you can make your decision to assist or continue with the client or not. I thought I was referred to a serious organization. 😕

I have been working with this law firm over the past few months. They are very professional. I get a text message and a call when it comes to my appointments. I spoke with cathe at length the other day and she is so great and helpful and knowledgeable. I come from a family of lawyers, my uncle, my late uncle and my late grandfather so I know the field somewhat. I’m looking forward to continue working with this firm.
