I highly recommend Dayton law firm they are so helpful and understanding. They have good quality on customer service and they contact you back in a timely matter to resolve any issues you have.

Started off suspect and silly me for obliging. They requested way too much information without even communicating if they were interested in my case. Once I sent some items and explained why my bank statements were not relevant, especially since I did not know if my case was being accepted... no communication again!! I followed up, nothing! They sat on my info for weeks, calling to ask, literally, the same exact question twice and would never update me on anything. Five weeks later, they decided not to take my case. Go figure! Wasting my time, no real consultation (speaking to intake is not a consultation), and holding on to my personal info, that NO attorney has requested prior to determining interest, btw! Fortunately, I had found other representation waiting on these folks to say something... anything. Be clear with people, our time is VALUABLE, TOO!

I waited over 2 months. Sending documents and back and forth texts and emails. Don't waste your time. I should have read the reviews. Now they saying they cant help after 2months.

The attorney who contacted me was very detailed and explained all my options. Was willing to answer any questions I had and made sure I understood everything that she went over with me. Very polite and professional. I felt like someone was listening to me.
