Phone consultation with Attorney Clark was very informative. He was clear about what could included in my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and what couldn't be included. The attorney also said that after the discharge, they will double check the creditors to make sure they are in compliance with not contacting me after discharge. I look forward to doing business with this firm. FYI, they also have a payment plan for their services.

I was so nervous to even make the initial call and more nervous to sit down one on one because I felt like I was doing something wrong. From the beginning to end they made me feel so comfortable and they were very understanding and patient with me. I truly feel like I have a second chance in life after trying so hard to pay off my debts. David Chesley knows criminal law like the back of his hand, is very easy to talk to, and can explain the complicated legal system in terms you can understand. David is in Glendale criminal court on a daily basis. He really cares about his clients, and is never condescending. Highly recommend.
