Going through the Lemon Law was made easy with the great work done by Gregory. Everything went smooth and all issues where handled great. Process took some time but that was to be expected due to Covid as well as anything going through court due to filing any type of claim takes time. I would recommend this law group to anyone looking to file for the lemon law.

Great experience was hesitant hiring attorney but so glad I did. Sally and Greg were so helpful and took care of everything. Hopefully will never have to lemon law a car again but if I do wouldn't think of using any one else.

12/12/2020 II had taken my lemon case to an attorney in Florida and my request was denied and they immediately dropped my case. On this lucky day, I contacted this attorney Amy who had faith in me. She requested lots of information from me and kept up with me almost on a weekly basis. I got to a point she decided she was going to write a letter to Mercedes-Benz USA. I was on vacation when she called me and gave me the good news. My car was deemed a Lemon after repeated attempts to repair it. This law firm is really the best. They treat you with uttermost respect and keep you informed in every step of the process. They believed in me and did all they can to get you the best outcome. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! So thankful I was referred to Sally at Sage Law Group after having a negative experience with another Lemon Law attorney. My Lemon Law case was for a business vehicle that had lots of costly modifications specific to our business, so my case was not straight forward by any means. However, despite the additional complications of my case, Sally and her colleague Greg were able to negotiate a buyback settlement with the manufacturer that far exceeded my expectation and allowed my company to recoup the majority of the vehicle's capitalized cost.
