I was involved in a hit and run accident back in September 2022. I suffered major whiplash and other severe neurological injuries. Despite pleading with my insurance company, I was told I had no claim. Upon telling my son, who is an attorney but does not practice personal injury law, he called Ms. Malyan and asked her to take care of me. I was very hesitant to engage in litigation over this accident as my experience with the court system and other attorneys during my eldest son’s wrongful death case was horrific. Despite this, Ms. Malyan held my hand and stood strong beside me from the very beginning. Every call made to her office was responded to same day. She always answered all my questions with compassion and alleviated my stress with a level of understanding that was clearly depicting her level of commitment to defend and protect my rights. From being told I have no claim by the insurance company to Ms. Malyan collecting the entire policy limit for me is a testament to her level and expertise, aggressive practice of law and quality of work. Absolutely amazing lawyer. professional. We had a very difficult case due to the employees of the insurance company, and the lawyer made every effort and was able to win the case in our favor. Usually when leaving a review it's based off the results of the situation aka the settlement but this review is for more about the whole experience. I have not felt actually taken care of with a firm like I have with Malyan law. Constant engagement, communication and comfort. Everything regarding my accident went smoothly, any questions I had where answered and any appointments I needed were taken care of.
