I am an attorney licensed in California, and I had Ms. Barsegyan perform some contract review and legal research while I was swamped filing a bunch of answers. She helped to clarify a few legal issues for me, and looked at things from a perspective I didn't immediately consider. I would recommend her services to anyone, regardless of legal field. We were having a dispute with a contractor retained by our HOA and we needed advice regarding her claim regarding the retainer. Ms. Barsegyan was, armed only with a brief overview and a copy of the agreement, able to provide written advice to the HOA Board which was very helpful in providing the comfort we needed to stand our ground. She did so with a very short turn time, flawlessly and in a cost effective manner.
