So, you know when you see all those billboards with lawyers, and then you call but NEVER get through to the guy on the billboard? Not the case here. Ben has always returned my call and emails, personally. I guess that's half of the picture, right? The other half is how effective your attorney is at actually winning your case and getting you some money. Ben has won a substantial award for me and closed my case quickly. I tried finding mold lawyers thru the internet, lo and behold one of those lawyer I spoke to, immediately referred me to the best lawyer who can handle my case better and represent me. In a matter of 15 minutes, I got a call from Sevag Simonian I finally got an answer to my prayer w/c to find a lawyer that can help me w/ my present dilemma in my apartment. All because of the water intrusion that started from the upstairs neighbor. A month after it has a musty smell and mold infestation, I am exposed to it and started to get sick, but the management is not doing anything. I was completely displaced form my shelter and cannot live in that apartment with uninhabitable standard. Sevag walk me through the process, from 1.environmental sampling -to hire a mold professional and testing technician to conduct a panel testing for evidence 2.medical sampling -to establish scientific certainty that the contaminants and pathogens are in my body. I have an allergic reactions from mold. 3.He also advise me that it is ok to pack out to prevent a high risk of contamination but not to sigh any documents coming from the management such as quit -claim. He gather all those reports, review them and then he go over with me in detail explaining how the environmental reports relate to my medical reports and conditions. He gives me the best direction and advise and was able to communicate my case effectively to the Management.
