Atty. D'Andrea processed my family's permanent residency through employee based and everything went on smoothly, although we had an RFE after he filed my I-140 but he handled the RFE professionally and after submitting the documents it was approved in 15 days. Attorney Bob D'Andrea handled both initial filing and RFE respond of my H-1B petition. The approval comes only days after the RFE documents mailed out. What can I say? My whole family in the party mode a few days after! My H-1B case isn't particularly complicated or drastic. However, the political climate in 2019 makes every H-1B case an uphill battle.
