I hired the firm to draft a construction contract and was told it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete and it would be approximately $1000. The scope of work was discussed to be a contract for the customer, and one for sub-contracting. It took 8 weeks to get the first draft of the construction contract to me. I had made several attempts to contact the attorney via email and left phone messages with office staff. Once I finally was able to talk with the attorney, I was promised on more than one occasion I would receive the contract by end of the business day and never did. The communication was poor from the attorney. I had expected to be getting a change order form along with the construction contract, but it wasn't included so I asked to have one made. When it was all said and done it was 3 months till I received the change order contract and had all 3 documents. It ended up costing me $2500 as opposed to the $1000 initially quoted to me. There was no communication to me the price was going to be significantly higher than originally discussed. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I was charged $90 for an email sent to the attorney and for him to reply and $300 for the change order form which was supposed to be part of the contract.

Trevor Hensley is amazing! He handled my divorce case against my ex, who tried to delay the whole process. He communicated every step of the way and achieved the best possible outcome. Highly recommend if you need a divorce lawyer.

Side note: It never felt like I was just a transaction, but more so I had an attorney who aligned himself with my goals and was ready to fight for my children just as much as I was.

Lame, Over a month has passed after I put down a retainer, and , ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done, I have had to call 3 times to answer the same questions, and still nothing. During our consultation the lawyer made it seem like it would be a walk in the park, this is more stressful than dealing with the problem myself.
